Highlights from this day
  • LC_MS_Lena — is there a standard layout or does every lab do their own 13:08
  • a1c_lag — the certificate from HJ is the one i use to teach this because it actually has a populated impurity table 13:09
  • LC_MS_Lena — ok so sterility and endotoxin are separate tests and almost nobody runs either on research material 13:34
  • typosquat_tay — a certificate should name the method, the instrument, the column and the operator. most name none of those, i could be wrong 13:35

the certificate from HJ is the one i use to teach this because it actually has a populated impurity table

unrelated but does anyone keep a folder of certificates to compare over time

TA

whats the minimum a certificate has to have before you take it seriously

LM

ok so sterility and endotoxin are separate tests and almost nobody runs either on research material

TT

a certificate should name the method, the instrument, the column and the operator. most name none of those, i could be wrong

genuine question does purity by hplc at one wavelength miss things

if you only read one line on a certificate, read the lot number. if you read two, read the assay
