sorry to jump in freeze thaw cycling is the concern rather than one freeze, and that is my read of it rather than a lab result
private plans vary by employer more than by province. two members with the same job title got different answers
genuine question does cross border make any sense from canada or is it not worth the bother
cross border out of canada rarely makes sense because canada is usually the cheaper side of that particular border
