genuine question i compared a canadian pharmacy quote against an american one on the same dose and the american one was more than double

VB

Testing queue: 6 submissions open, 46 awaiting dispatch.

AA

has anyone had a vial actually freeze in transit

⚠️1❤️8
FF

private plans vary by employer more than by province. two members with the same job title got different answers

i hold orders between january and march where i can. a preference, not a rule anybody gave me

transit was 13 days for me with a week of nothing in the middle at a customs facility, i have it written down somewhere

an alberta member and a nova scotia member compared notes and neither of them could believe the other one

VI

the last leg across the prairies in february is the risk. the flight is heated and the truck is not
cross border out of canada rarely makes sense because canada is usually the cheaper side of that particular border

VI

anyone in the prairies with a long last leg in february
update from 18 months ago: my province still does not cover it and my plan started to, partially

BB

the canada to us gap was reported at roughly a third to a half of the us price a year or two ago, and that will have moved

BB

does cross border make any sense from canada or is it not worth the bother

right so whats a realistic monthly figure with insurance

six weeks of stock

*Janoshik not the other one

FT

postal handled winter better than the courier for me, mostly because the courier van sat outside for hours, for what its worth

GB

an ontario member reported around 350 canadian dollars a month at a pharmacy in 2024. one price at one dose

is provincial coverage as much of a patchwork as it looks from outside

😂2🤝1📉17

postal in winter

FT

i ask for gel packs even in january because the mass slows the temperature swing, not because it warms anything

GB

coverage in canada is provincial and it is a patchwork. what a member in one province reported has almost never matched another

HM

depot delays in january, has anyone had a parcel sit out in the cold
i hold orders between january and march where i can. a preference, not a rule anybody gave me

PP

a lyophilised vial that froze in transit is almost certainly fine. a reconstituted one that froze is a different matter

📈2⚠️7🧊3

there is no national picture. asking what canada does is asking thirteen questions at the same time

HM

canadian pharmacy pricing was well below the american equivalent in every comparison members have made in here
