BF

changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing

BF

amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist

combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere

BF

the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule, thats one data point

MU

quick one how slow are people titrating this compared to cagrilintide

MU

anyone got two Janoshik results on the same CPC lot for this
the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave

*VendorInvestigate not the other one

i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me

VB

Testing queue: 3 submissions open, 98 awaiting dispatch.

amylin analogue, so its not a GLP-1 at all right

LO

has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work

MU

genuine question the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing

MC

right so is the slower titration because of nausea or something else

MC

CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it

MU

the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair

MC

the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first, someone check my working
