- private_script_pri — combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect 16:42
- halifax_hplc — i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me 16:59
- glucagon_arm — i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something 18:45
- glucagon_arm — monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected 19:59
did the combination change your GI compared to the GLP-1 alone
2 in 1.5ml gives 5mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round
follow up did anyone add this to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both
€72 for a 20 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing
[edited]titrating dead slow
unrelated but noticed something around week 9 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to
monotherapy question, did appetite move for you without a GLP-1 alongside
added it to an existing semaglutide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
is the nausea profile genuinely different or am i imagining it
underwhelming honestly
i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
update on the earlier thing weekly for me, same day every week, no reason beyond habit
separate days
