how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination
#cagrilintide 2025-12-15
right so has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
cant separate them
titrating dead slow
back after 15 months, is monotherapy still a minority thing here
lost 90lb over 23 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it
different not less
separate days
noticed something around week 15 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to, anyway
right so i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
fullness rather than nausea
is 2.4 the number for this too or am i confusing compounds
stopped for 15 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose, for what its worth
cagrisema thats it
its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake, ymmv
nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like, thats just me
slower than the others
