sorry to jump in i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something, take that with a pinch of salt
held mine a while
the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent
is there a reason people titrate this over more weeks than the others
is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 13 months im still sceptical, just less so
did anyone add this to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both
is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation

5 in 0.5ml gives 2mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round
did anyone find monotherapy underwhelming
if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way
cant separate them

changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first
anyone holding at 10 for a while before stepping
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
