Highlights from this day
  • tare_weight — genuine question the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule 19:45
  • VialBot — New independent result logged — Homopeptide, lot D-0718, purity 99.2% (Janoshik). 19:48
  • tare_weight — did anyone add this to an existing semaglutide dose rather than starting both 20:00
  • private_script_pri — anyone got two Janoshik results on the same GGPeps lot for this 20:42

monotherapy question, did appetite move for you without a GLP-1 alongside

LO

quick one amylin analogue, so its not a GLP-1 at all right

changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing

TW

is the nausea profile genuinely different or am i imagining it

held at 10 for 5 months on monotherapy before i touched it again

anyone stopped the GLP-1 and kept only this

how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination

anyone got two Janoshik results on the same GGPeps lot for this

AA

right so CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it

HH

for the archive dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect, ill dig out the number

did the combination change your GI compared to the GLP-1 alone

AA

the fullness effect hasnt faded over 4 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve

went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information

LO

does the fullness effect fade the way appetite suppression does
