the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first, take that with a pinch of salt

monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
[edited]dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect
the fullness effect hasnt faded over 6 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve, thats just me
amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist
is there a reason people titrate this over more weeks than the others
