RT

its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake

LL

i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which

VB

Recon calculator: 15mg in 5ml = 4mg/ml.

II

slightly off topic but the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first

IM

the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule

VB

Reminder for impersonator_ip: dose day is today. Set 6 days ago.

IM

the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing

IM

combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere

VL

held at 5 for 6 months on monotherapy before i touched it again

II

REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work

monotherapy here

slightly off topic but stopped for 18 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose, ask me again in a month

thats the phase 3 one

CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it, i think

€72 for a 10 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses, not advice obviously

nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like, ymmv

different not less

II

i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me

II

how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination

[edited]

two Medutest results on the same Homopeptide lot came back 99.4 and 99, closer than i expected

SS

the fullness effect hasnt faded over 24 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve

SS

noticed something around week 17 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to
