the fullness effect hasnt faded over 11 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
#cagrilintide 2024-08-25
amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist, thats one data point
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair
[edited]is 2.4 the number for this too or am i confusing compounds
is there a reason people titrate this over more weeks than the others
i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which, not advice obviously
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something, thats one data point
quick one did anyone find monotherapy underwhelming
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 12 months im still sceptical, just less so
*Janoshik not the other one
ok so anyone stopped the GLP-1 and kept only this
whats the recon people use, 30 in 1ml
cagrisema thats it
thats the phase 3 one
held mine a while
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first
added it to an existing tirzepatide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
anyone dosing this on a different day to their semaglutide
[edited]went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information
changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing, anyway
fullness rather than nausea
dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect, i think

different not less
combination for me
anyone got two Medutest results on the same QSC lot for this
[edited]the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
noticed something around week 34 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to
is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could
has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work
