Highlights from this day
  • week_three_wall — is it too early to retest a1c at week 26 homa-ir is fasting glucose times fasting insulin over a constant. the constant differs by unit system 17:13
  • gall_bladder_gav — an isolated lipase a bit over range with no symptoms is usually nothing. lipase with severe pain is not, happy to be corrected 17:17
  • gall_bladder_gav — anyone had a result that turned out to be a lab error 18:13

TO

nobody here is reading your bloods as a clinician. we are reading them as people who have had a lot of bloods

MP

the FLOW result is why my nephrologist changed her position on this entirely

if a result frightens you, that is a conversation with a clinician. we will help you read it, we will not tell you it is fine, i think

my alt has come down a lot since i started losing, is that expected

fasting insulin

TO
