it says a day is unavailable and deliberately doesnt say which reason, because that would leak a redaction

there is no window on a redaction request, any published line at any time
if you quote a date from here say UTC, the regional channels have had real confusion about it
an edit inside the first minute is silent, after that it marks, which catches people out

ok so i was wrong about the timestamps for ages, i assumed they shifted with summer time. they dont, happy to be corrected
the edited marker means the line was changed inside the same day, before the day sealed, ask me again in a month
