right so what does a pharmacist in australia say if you just ask about supply

IO

the compounding rule change happened and it did stop the pharmacies that were making it, based on what members reported here at the time, thats one data point

SN

as of a year or so ago there was no nz reimbursement for weight indications at all, so check rather than taking that as current

what happened to people who were on a compounded version

whats the wait like to see somebody about this in australia

reported by members, own currency, not comparable directly
  private clinic, UK      145 - 220
  statutory, DE            10 co-pay
  private script, DE      180 - 240
  pharmacy, PL             95 - 140
  pharmacy, SE            210 - 260

ok so does the pbs cover it for diabetes but not for weight

did anyone stockpile before the compounding change came in

CP

nobody here can tell you what is allowed in australia and the mods will stop that conversation

transit was 9 days for me and the tracking went dark for a week in the middle, which is normal for that route

IO

quick one clinic versus pharmacy came out roughly even for me once the consult fees were counted in

i was wrong about the compounding change taking effect immediately, it was phased, and i had told three people otherwise

the pharmacist i asked was straightforward about supply and had no idea about anything else, which is fair enough
